Cancellation Policy

Cancelling as a customer
Plans change. Cancel from the booking timeline at any point before the shoot starts. Your refund depends on notice given: full advance refund with more than 24 hours' notice, partial refund within 24 hours, and no refund once the photographer has started travelling to your venue.
If a photographer cancels
Photographer cancellations are rare and penalised. You receive a full, immediate refund of your advance plus a booking credit, and the app helps you rebook the nearest comparable professional at priority.
No-shows
If OTP verification hasn't happened within 45 minutes of the scheduled start and the photographer is unreachable, the booking is treated as a photographer no-show — full refund plus credit, automatically.
