Equipment Guide
What the gear on a profile actually tells you.

Reading an equipment list
Profiles list camera bodies, lenses and lighting. You don't need to know models — look for signals: full-frame bodies for low-light venues, prime lenses for portraits, drones for aerial coverage, and dedicated lighting for indoor events.
Matching gear to your shoot
A candid outdoor shoot needs very little equipment; a dim banquet-hall wedding demands fast lenses and off-camera flash. If a shoot type is listed as a specialty, the photographer's kit has been reviewed to support it.
For photographers
Keep the list current and honest — it feeds search filters. Showcasing a drone or a second shooter unlocks those booking categories for your profile.
