How Payments Work

The advance payment

To confirm a booking you pay a small advance through the app. This signals commitment to the photographer and locks your slot. The advance is held by FOTOZ — it is not released to the photographer until your shoot actually begins.

During the shoot

The shoot timer starts at OTP verification and stops when the photographer marks the session complete. Your final amount is computed from actual tracked time, so you never pay for hours you didn't use.

Final settlement

After the shoot ends, the remaining balance is charged to your saved payment method. Photographers receive their earnings directly to their linked account.
