Using OTP
The handshake that starts every shoot safely.

What the OTP is for
When your photographer arrives, the app shows you a four-digit code. Sharing it with the photographer confirms two things at once: the right professional has arrived, and your shoot is officially starting.
What happens at verification
The moment the photographer enters your OTP, the shoot timer starts, your advance is released, and both sides are covered — the photographer is guaranteed payment for time worked, and you are guaranteed the tracked time is accurate.
Never share early
Only share the OTP in person, when the photographer is physically at the venue. Support will never ask for your OTP over chat or phone.
