Managing Availability

Your calendar is the storefront — keep it honest.

Live means live

Any slot open on your calendar is instantly bookable. Customers trust what they see, so the golden rule is simple: if you can't shoot, close the slot.

Recurring schedules

Set a weekly template — say, evenings and weekends — and the app repeats it automatically. Block exceptions like holidays or personal shoots on top of the template.

Instant vs. request bookings

You choose per-slot whether bookings confirm instantly or wait for your acceptance. Instant slots convert better; request slots give you control over unfamiliar venues or long travel.
