Before the shoot
Book only through the app — on-platform bookings are the ones our verification, OTP and support systems can protect. Check reviews and keep all pre-shoot conversation in the secure chat.
At the venue
Verify the photographer's identity against the profile photo before sharing your OTP. For private-location shoots, consider having a friend present, and share your live booking status from the app with someone you trust.
If something feels wrong
End the session from the app at any time. In-app SOS connects you to support instantly, and every booking's GPS trail is retained for dispute resolution.
